Minimum 1 year of relevant service crew or F&B experience.

Able to communicate effectively in English with customers and colleagues.

Customer-service oriented with professional presentation.

Responsible, hardworking and willing to support daily outlet operations.

Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays according to the roster.

Provide friendly and professional service to customers.

Take and serve customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Assist with daily bar and outlet operations.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the service area.

Attend to customer requests and provide appropriate assistance.

Perform other operational duties as assigned.
