Degree or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 1 year of relevant sales or business development experience.

Experience in a law firm or legal services environment will be an advantage.

Good command of written and spoken English for business communication, negotiation and documentation.

Strong business negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in basic computer and office applications.

Customer-oriented and confident in developing professional relationships with clients.

Valid Singapore Class 3C Driving Licence is required.

Identify and develop new business opportunities for the firm.

Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Follow up on business leads, enquiries and potential opportunities.

Conduct business discussions and assist with commercial negotiations.

Coordinate client meetings and follow up on relevant business matters.

Work closely with lawyers and internal teams on business development activities.

Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications and business development activities.

Assist with other business development and client-related duties as assigned.
