Minimum 2 years of relevant kitchen or Western cuisine experience.

Experience preparing Western café dishes such as pasta, fried chicken, fries and similar menu items.

Able to communicate in basic English for daily work requirements.

Able to work independently in a kitchen environment.

Familiar with basic food preparation, cooking and kitchen hygiene procedures.

Responsible, reliable and able to work according to the assigned roster.

Prepare and cook Western café dishes according to recipes and required standards.

Prepare menu items such as pasta, fried chicken, fries and other Western dishes.

Handle food preparation, portioning and ingredient preparation.

Ensure food quality, presentation and consistency.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work areas.

Follow food safety and kitchen operating procedures.

Monitor ingredients and assist with stock preparation when required.

Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
