Responsibilities:

* Create engaging and on-brand content for a variety of platform such as TikTok, Instagram, Threads, website and other social media posts.

* Understand and adhere to brand guidelines to maintain a consistent brand voice.

* Analyze social media performance data (views, watch time, engagement) to understand audience preferences.

* Understand social media algorithm, trends, and content discovery behaviour.

* Identify trending formats, sounds, and content styles relevant to the brand.

* Optimize content hooks, captions, and posting timing based on performance data.

* Research industry-related topics to ensure content is relevant, informative, and attracts our target audience.

* Manage and oversee social media content.

* Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and popular content strategies.

* Continuously update and improve content as trends and audience preferences evolve.

* Collaborate with internal teams to develop content strategies and ideas.

* Monitor and report content performance on a weekly basis.

Requirements

* At least 2-3 years of work experience.

* Experience using various social media platforms for advertising and marketing.

* Proficient in Canva, Capcut and Microsoft Office.

* ⁠Familiarity with graphic design software is a plus.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
