Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. Major: Mechanical Manufacturing or related fields.

Minimum 2 years relevant working experiences

Proficient in using Microsoft Office software.

Familiar with ISO or AS quality systems and related documentation requirements.

Knowledgeable in the five APQP tools.

Proficient in PFMEA, DFM, DOE, 5 Whys, Ishikawa (fishbone) diagram, and other related tools.

Familiar with the cutting characteristics of at least one of the following metals: aluminum alloys, stainless steel, titanium alloys, or high-temperature alloys, and capable of selecting appropriate tools and cutting parameters.

Familiar with at least one CNC machine system, such as FANUC, HEIDENHAIN, or SIEMENS.

Knowledgeable in GD&T theory and skilled in applying concepts such as the dimension chain and maximum material condition.

Strong logical thinking and analytical abilities, concise and clear in communication, with organized presentation skills.

Knowledge: Mechanical drawing, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), measuring tools and inspection, machining processes, CNC tooling knowledge, metal cutting principles, heat treatment and welding basics, non-destructive testing basics, surface treatment basics.

Skills: Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, UG, CATIA, etc

Working Hours: Monday -Friday; 8am – 5pm

Location: Senai, Johor.

Responsible for quoting new products and verifying prices for engineering change products.

Interpret customer drawings, specifications, and other technical requirements to plan product manufacturing processes.

Design tooling and fixtures, and track the progress of their production.

Prepare and control product process documentation.

ECN (Engineering Change Notice)

Initiate and handle the ECN (Engineering Change Notice) process, and be responsible for tasks related to product technical changes.

Responsible for preparing and maintaining product PPAP documents (such as PFMEA – Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, and CP – Control Plan) according to customer requirements, and identify and control key dimensions and special processes.

Optimize manufacturing processes for existing products to improve process efficiency and product quality

Prepare and control the product tool list.

Based on product manufacturing processes, establish process models, design process tooling and non-standard tools, and prepare machining programs for products and fixtures.

Collaborate with projects and quality teams to identify quality issues and other risks during the product manufacturing process, providing reasonable recommendations and technical support.

Analyze and resolve the root causes of on-site product abnormalities.

Organize and archive technical documents, and manage the technical status throughout the product lifecycle.

Provide technical guidance to internal production staff and technical support to external suppliers.

Project work related to the department’s annual plan.

Other tasks assigned by superiors.
