Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.

Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is preferred to serve our Mandarin-speaking customers.

Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Willing to work at either our KL CityorBukit Jalil showroom.

Deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience by providing warm, personalised, and professional customer service.

Build genuine relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending luxury handbags, watches, and accessories that suit their lifestyle.

Promote our Buy, Sell, Trade-In, and Consignment services while creating value for every customer interaction.

Manage enquiries professionally across walk-ins, WhatsApp, phone calls, and online platforms.

Develop expertise in luxury brands, authentication, product valuation, and sales negotiation through comprehensive training.

Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction.

Maintain a premium showroom environment through excellent visual merchandising and product presentation.

Support inventory management to ensure accurate stock control and operational excellence.

Participate in marketing campaigns, customer events, live selling, and brand promotions.

Stay updated with luxury fashion trends, new collections, and market insights to deliver expert product recommendations.
