Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), Compliance, or a related role.

• Strong knowledge of Material Approval Request (MAR) processes and technical documentation.

• Familiarity with SIRIM certification, BOMBA regulations, and Malaysian regulatory compliance requirements.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and record management skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients.

• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Willing to travel to project sites as required.

• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage Material Approval Requests (MAR) and related technical documentation.

• Ensure all materials, products, and project documentation comply with SIRIM, BOMBA, and other Malaysian regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, contractors, and clients to obtain approvals and required certifications.

• Conduct quality inspections and compliance checks to ensure project standards are met.

• Maintain accurate records of approvals, certifications, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.

• Support internal and external audits by preparing compliance records and addressing findings.

• Visit project sites to monitor quality compliance and resolve regulatory issues when required.
