Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or regulatory compliance, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.

• Strong knowledge of Material Approval Request (MAR) processes and technical documentation.

• Familiarity with SIRIM certification, BOMBA requirements, and Malaysian regulatory compliance.

• Good understanding of quality management systems and project documentation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Willing to travel to project sites as required.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage Material Approval Requests (MAR) and other quality documentation.

• Ensure all materials and project documentation comply with SIRIM, BOMBA, and relevant Malaysian regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, contractors, and clients to obtain necessary approvals and certifications.

• Conduct quality inspections and document reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

• Maintain accurate records of approvals, certifications, and compliance documents.

• Assist in audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions when required.

• Travel to project sites to perform quality checks and support compliance activities.
