Join Us as a KOL Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven KOL Specialist to join our social media marketing team. You’ll be the driving force behind our influencer marketing efforts—spearheading strategy, implementation, and execution of KOL-driven campaigns that elevate brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost conversions across digital platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Strategize, plan, and execute KOL/influencer marketing initiatives across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages using multi-channel campaigns (social media, email, partnerships, etc.).

• Identify and track content promotion trends to uncover emerging opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to expand customer reach and drive traffic.

• Manage the end-to-end KOL collaboration process: scouting, initiating contact, negotiating terms, briefing, managing deliverables, and post-campaign reporting.

• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all KOL partnerships, ad campaigns, and social content to maintain cohesive brand identity.

• Forecast and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, engagement, reach) in collaboration with product and business development teams to inform decision-making.

• Supervise marketing efforts including advertising, visual content, and product promotion to align with overall brand voice and objectives.

• Orchestrate KOL seeding programs to maximize brand exposure and foster organic buzz around products and campaigns.

• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and stakeholders to deliver compelling storytelling and campaign materials.

• Build and maintain a robust network of KOLs, KOCs, and micro-influencers relevant to beauty, skincare, FMCG, lifestyle, and more.

• Stay informed on industry movements, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to continuously improve outreach strategy.

• Handle content approvals and performance evaluations, ensuring deliverables meet objectives and creative standards.

• Support on ad hoc projects and operational tasks as needed by the campaign or client.

What You Bring to the Table:

Proven experience in influencer/KOL marketing, ideally in beauty, skincare, or FMCG industries.

Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and content trends.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.

Proficiency in campaign tools, influencer platforms, and reporting dashboards is a plus.
