Joining Date: 1st of September

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: RM5,000 – RM5,500 (need business approval) + 20% Sales KPI Incentive (Up to RM1,800)

Requirements:

• Malaysian candidates only

• SPM and above

• Fluent in Traditional Mandarin, Cantonese and English

• Experience in Sales, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Account Management, or related fields

• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills

• B2C sales candidates with strong sales achievements and digital marketing exposure are welcome to apply

• Willing to work on PH that falls on weekdays (paid as per the rate/ replacement off)

• Engage with new and existing advertisers via phone, email, and chat

• Understand client business goals and recommend suitable advertising solutions

• Drive product adoption and improve advertiser experience

• Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB clients

• Identify upselling opportunities and grow revenue

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support where applicable

• Become a product expert and deliver valuable business insights

• Identify market trends and provide feedback to improve solutions

• Create advertiser success stories and showcase business growth through advertising products
