Key Requirements:

• Matured, diligent and persistent.

• Preferably tertiary qualification in any related studies.

• Similar experience and sales capacity, preferably in B2B industry.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good business acumen.

• Fresh graduates who are interested and possess the relevant skills are encouraged to apply. (On the job training will be provided)

Main responsibilities:

• Sales & BD initiative for corporate recruitment services.

• Prospect new clients via various approaches & channels.

• Follow up and follow through with business leads persistently.

• Cooperate with recruiters in fulfilling clients' hiring needs.

• Achieve given activity KPIs and planned sales target.

• Sales forecast, reporting and updates to the stakeholders.

• Face-to-face meetings with clients are required when necessary.
