Minimum Diploma, Degree in food technology or related field preferred.

Basic understanding of quality control processes in food manufacturing.

Attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.

Willing to work full-time in a production environment.

Able to communicate and document findings clearly.

Physically fit and willing to be stationed full-time in a production environment.

Clear communication (Bahasa Malaysia/English)

Perform product inspections during packing.

Monitor product quality, packaging condition and labelling accuracy.

Ensure all finished products are inspected and recorded in the required QC inspection forms.

Assist in QC-related documentation.

Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal and food safety standards.

Support internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.

Work closely with the Warehouse and QA teams to ensure product quality and smooth operations.

Identify and report products that do not meet quality standards, and ensure they are properly segregated for further action.
