Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or a similar role.

Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.

Experience managing marketing campaigns from planning to execution.

Familiarity with CRM systems or marketing automation tools is an added advantage.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Experience in tech, e-commerce, SaaS, or marketplace companies is a plus.

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.

Create engaging content for social media, websites, emails, and other digital channels.

Manage the company's social media platforms and grow online engagement.

Write clear and compelling marketing copy.

Design simple marketing visuals using Canva or similar tools.

Schedule and publish content across different platforms.

Track campaign and content performance, then recommend improvements.

Research market trends, competitors, and new marketing ideas.

Work closely with Sales, Product, and other teams to support marketing activities.

Ensure all marketing materials follow the company's brand guidelines.

Support and guide junior team members when needed.
