Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

Assist customers with product, account, reservation, or service-related issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns professionally.

Escalate complex cases to the relevant teams when necessary.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity KPIs
