Diploma holderin Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.(Degree holder will be considered)

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, Recruitment and administrative support

Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); SmartRecruiters is an added advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential information professionally

Familiar with HR processes and administrative operations

Manages candidate’s interview scheduling and verifies details of job in SmartRecruiters

Creates offer letters and obtains required approvals through the SmartRecruiters applicant tracking system

Initiates pre-hire on-boarding for new employees

May assist in the new hire orientation process

Enters data into automated systems and audits data entry

Verifies completeness and accuracy of documents

Maintains files

Provides information to employees and candidates

Assists in complex administrative processes

Processes expense reports

May prepare special reports for management

Participates on project teams as assigned

May coordinate candidate’s interview travel

Ideate on creative solutions for challenges

Prepare hiring documentation
