Title: Mandarin Recruiter (IN-HOUSE ) IMMEDIATE JOINER!!

Location: Work From Home

Joining: 3rd August 2026 & 10th August 2026

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday; Saturday- Sunday Off

Salary: RM ************* (FIXED SALARY ) + Performance-Based Commissions

Job Requirements:

* Min. 6 months–3 years of experience in Recruitment / BPO hiring / Sales / Customer Service / Digital Marketing / Teaching.

* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Post Graduate Diploma.

* Fluency in English (Able to read, write and speak).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* A strong interest in recruitment and HR.

*Responsibility:-

* Achieve staffing objectives by sourcing the right candidates for the open and critical positions.

* Maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are fulfilled.

* Screening candidates as per the job description and evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with hiring managers.

* Source potential candidates from databases, internal/social media platforms and employee referral programs.

* Advertise job openings on social media job boards.

* Take ownership of candidate experience by managing the overall recruitment process.

* Screening, hiring, and selection to be done in accordance with defined process and guidelines.

* Responsible for complying with internal processes while fulfilling requirements from Clients.

* Conduct, coordinate and follow up on the interview process and provide timely feedback to candidates on the progress and outcome of the interview.

* Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and salary negotiation with candidates (If required).

* Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.

* Provide periodic recruitment reports to respective stakeholders.
