• 2–4 years QA experience: Possess solid professional testing experience covering complete product development and release cycles.

• Manual testing: Skilled in full manual testing workflows including case design, defect tracking and test summary.

• Basic automation testing: Able to write simple automated scripts to cut down repetitive manual regression work.

• HTML: Can read and modify HTML markup to adjust page basic structure and element layout.

• CSS: Capable of editing styles to tweak page spacing, colours, sizing and responsive display.

• JavaScript: Understand basic JS logic to implement minor interactive adjustments on frontend pages.

• React/Vue basic knowledge: Grasp core concepts of either framework to read project code and complete simple page edits.

QA Responsibilities

1) Test all POS modules: Run end-to-end functional tests on every POS core module to guarantee stable transaction and store management features.

2) Test kiosk ordering flow: Simulate full customer self-order journeys on touch kiosks to catch display, interaction and payment logic errors.

3) Test QR ordering flow: Validate mobile QR code ordering links, cross-device compatibility and order data sync to backend systems.

4) Regression testing: Retest core functions after bug fixes or new releases to prevent introducing new defects to existing features.

5) User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate merchant-side UAT, collect real user feedback and log usability or functional issues.

6) Bug reporting: Log defects clearly with reproduction steps, severity labels and screenshots for dev teams to resolve quickly.

7) Release verification: Conduct final full version checks before launch to eliminate critical blocking bugs for smooth deployment.

8) Create test cases: Draft standardized test cases covering normal workflows and edge business scenarios for repeated testing.

9) Create test reports: Summarize test coverage, defect status and release risks into concise reports for project stakeholders.

Frontend Responsibilities

1) UI improvements: Revamp page visuals and user interactions to deliver a cleaner, more intuitive interface for merchants and customers.

2) CSS enhancements: Refactor stylesheets, fix cross-screen display inconsistencies and reduce redundant CSS code.

3)Dashboard design: Build merchant data dashboard pages with organized charts, tables and filter functions for operational data viewing.

4) Merchant portal updates: Carry out regular feature upgrades and page logic adjustments for the merchant backend management system.

5) Kiosk screen optimization: Adapt page layouts for touch kiosk hardware, resolve lag, scaling and touch response abnormalities.
