Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

Proficient in written and verbal communication - Bahasa Malaysia, English and / or Chinese.

Minimum 2-3 years working experience in the related field is preferably (for Senior Position), but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for Junior Position.

Computer literate.

PV Elite Support skills requirements : Experience using PV Elite or any other pressure vessel design software, Knowledge of ASME Sec VIII Division 1

Knowledge in SmartPlant (S3D, SPPID, SPF, SPEL, SPI) Foundation or SmartPlant 3D, WQMS, CAESAR II, PV Elite, CADWorx will be added advantage.

Preferably Senior and Junior Executive specialized in Engineering or equivalent.

Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as dynamic team.

Positive attitude, good ethics, passionate on collaboration teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical skill in process definition; and able to lead and collaborate with team members. (for Senior position)

Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.

Customer and results oriented.

Troubleshooting and problem-solving in engineering application/software.

Build strong relations with customers, technical/operation, sales managers.

Provide timely email, phone, remote access, technical or application support and expertise to customers.

Develop and conduct product and application presentations, demonstrations, workshop, seminar and training (virtual/in-house) as specified by company.

Participate in project activities based on assigned project role.

Keep abreast of software technology.

Constantly update technical/software knowledge and skills by attending in-house and/or external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications.

Recognize and take action when escalation and de-escalation is required for critical and urgent cases following defined escalation procedure.

Provide weekly/monthly or as required status report on work progress.

Perform other task that may be assigned from time to time.

Familiar in using SmartPlant software (from Hexagon).

Familiar in using CADworx & Analysis Solution (CAS) software (from Hexagon) is an added advantage.

Able to write and speak Mandarin.

Attend webinars conducted by principal which is Hexagon (Due to the different time zone, the webinars are normally conducted outside office hours. However, the webinars are not held frequently).

Provide leadership and guidance to junior application engineers in software development, testing and maintenance (for Senior Position).

Execute Project planning for CAS and SmartPlant work including Quotation, Budget and Statement of Work (SOW) preparation for service (for Senior Position).

Distribute and plan tasks for team members (for Senior Position).
