Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder. Candidates with prior internship or work experience in financial services, insurance, compliance, audit, operations or customer service will have an added advantage.

• FRESH graduates from Finance, Banking, Risk Management, Compliance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Statistics or equivalent are encouraged to apply.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin to support business communication, review documentation and liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders where required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, data analysis and reporting), Word (Mail Merge), PowerPoint, MS Forms and Adobe Acrobat.

• Experience with data analytics, reporting tools or process automation will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support post-transaction reviews under the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Framework by reviewing advisory and sales transactions against regulatory requirements, internal policies and documentation standards.

• Assist with client survey administration, data preparation, sample selection, response tracking and analysis of review outcomes.

• Support compliance reviews and audit activities to identify potential risks, control gaps and areas for improvement.

• Assist in tracking and following up on remediation actions arising from audit findings, client surveys and compliance reviews.

• Maintain accurate records of compliance findings and supporting documentation.

• Prepare compliance reports, dashboards and management updates.

• Provide support for internal and external audits, regulatory inspections and information requests.

• Assist in monitoring regulatory updates and changes relating to compliance requirements, policies and procedures.

• Support process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT) and other compliance-related projects.

• Assist in preparing compliance training materials, presentations and communications.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties and assignments as required.
