Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, or related field

Minimum 4 years of working experience 

Knowledge in ISO/Management System Assurance and audit processes 

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills 

Good communication and interpersonal skills 

Coordinate and support the implementation of ESG/Sustainability policies, frameworks, and initiatives in line with the Company’s sustainability objectives and regulatory requirements. 

Monitor, compile, and analyse ESG/Sustainability data, records, and performance indicators to support reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

Prepare and maintain ESG/Sustainability reports, implementation plans, presentations, and related databases to ensure accurate and timely reporting. 

Collaborate with internal departments, ESG Committees, and Management to identify sustainability issues, track initiatives, and recommend improvement actions. 

Organise and facilitate ESG/Sustainability awareness programmes, campaigns, and engagement activities to promote sustainability culture across the organisation. 

Conduct awareness and induction briefings on ESG-related governance practices, including ABMS, Risk Management, Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Management System Assurance. 

Support ISO Management System activities by performing the role of Internal Auditor/Lead Auditor during audit exercises and follow-up activities. 

Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant ESG/Sustainability requirements applicable to the port industry. 

Perform any other duties or special assignments as assigned by Management.
