- 1+ years of proven experience in service, logistics, operations management, or team leadership

- Valid Malaysian driver's license (manual or automatic) - REQUIRED

- Own 4-wheel vehicle - MANDATORY

- Excellent English and mandatory fluency in Bahasa Melayu

- Strong hands-on leadership with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Must be able to climb ladders and perform maintenance work on-site

- Must be able to carry loads up to 25kg

- Positive and flexible attitude with willingness to learn and improve work processes

- Desired: Industrial knowledge of hotel/retail business or HVAC systems (not required)

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT & QUALITY CONTROL:

• Manage daily warehouse activities including product inventory and stock management

• Execute on-site service work at client locations including installation, inspection, and maintenance of air diffuser systems

• Ensure all products and service methods meet quality standards and comply with local safety regulations

• Enforce workplace safety rules and maintain compliance across all operations
  CLIENT SUPPORT & SERVICE EXCELLENCE:

• Be the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests

• Build strong client relationships by delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service

• Track and manage service agreements to ensure timely maintenance and fulfillment of obligations

• Ensure consistent, professional service delivery across all client sites

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site
