Requirements

• Diploma/SPM or equivalent.

• Experience in automotive customer service is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.

• Computer literate.

• Able to work Saturdays, weekends, or public holidays on a rotation basis.

• Valid driving licence.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and inspect vehicles during check-in.

• Listen to customer concerns and accurately record vehicle issues.

• Explain recommended maintenance and repair work.

• Prepare job cards, repair orders, and cost estimates.

• Obtain customer approval before additional work is carried out.

• Coordinate repair progress with workshop technicians.

• Keep customers updated on repair status.

• Arrange vehicle collection and explain completed repairs.

• Promote preventive maintenance and service packages.

• Handle warranty claims according to manufacturer guidelines.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve service complaints professionally.

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

• Follow dealership SOPs and manufacturer standards.
