Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or digital retail.

Hands-on experience managing marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Shopify.

Good understanding of online shopping platforms, promotions, vouchers, and campaign mechanics.

Familiar with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.

Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, or digital marketing is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Manage daily operations across e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company website.

Create and maintain product listings, ensuring accurate product information, pricing, images, and inventory.

Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, flash sales, vouchers, and promotional activities.

Coordinate with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.

Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the purchasing team to prevent stock shortages.

Track sales performance, campaign results, and key marketplace metrics, preparing regular performance reports.

Monitor competitors’ pricing, promotions, and product offerings to identify opportunities.

Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns and product launches are executed on schedule.

Assist in managing online store visuals, banners, and merchandising to improve conversion rates.

Handle marketplace backend operations including pricing updates, product uploads, and campaign submissions.

Support the launch of new products across all online sales channels.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and the customer shopping experience.
