Job Description

Requirements

Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree in Law, Business, Governance, Compliance, Risk Management or relevant field.

2. Having additional qualification in integrity, governance, compliance, audit or risk management is preferred.

3. Knowledge of governance frameworks, compliance requirements, regulatory landscapes and integrity standards will be an advantage.

4. Good Microsoft skills and ability to use digital design or presentation tools as needed to develop clear and engaging materials.

5. Good command of Bahasa and English with strong writing and documentation skills.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in related field. Exposure to port logistics, infrastructure or regulated industries is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordination and overseeing compliance related activities to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with applicable local and international laws, regulations and guidelines.

  • 2. Support the planning and execution of IGC initiatives in line with business and regulatory requirements.

    3. Identifying risk and propose practical mitigation strategies.

    4. Review processes to highlight gaps or areas requiring improvement.

    5. Prepare regular reporting to management of initiative progress, including identification of focus areas and implementation processes.

    6. Assist in the development, drafting, formatting, and formal review of all internal policies, guidelines and procedures

    7. Maintain and update a central repository or database for all approved organizational policies and guidelines.

    8. To develop and support the company initiatives to promote a culture of integrity and compliance.

    9. Undertake ad hoc tasks and assignments as and when required by Management.
