Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any related discipline.

Experience: 7-10 years of proven B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Proven prior experience in successfully managing, leading, and developing a sales team.

Language Proficiency:Excellent verbal and written communication skills inEnglish, Malay, and Mandarin. (Mandarin proficiency is required to effectively engage with our Mandarin-speaking client base and key corporate decision-makers).

Core Competencies: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Demonstrated experience in handling strategic partnership leads and agency channels.

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Develop, refine, and execute strategic sales plans in close collaboration with the CEO to drive top-line revenue growth, expand market presence, and meet targets.

Commercial Leadership & Team Management: Hire, lead, mentor, and manage the sales team. Conduct performance evaluations, set clear activity/revenue KPIs, and provide ongoing coaching to build a high-performing commercial team.

Client Relationship & Strategic Partnering: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key corporate clients (CFOs, HR Directors, Finance Heads), partnering closely with them to understand their operational needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Cross-Selling & Collateral Development:Develop high-impact sales collateral and leverage resource effectiveness to cross-sell between entities – utilizing our proprietaryDebtor Management Solution (DMS) to pitch recovery solutions while offering HRD Corp-claimable training programs.

Strategic Channel & Partner Lead Management: Oversee and execute business development strategies utilizing leads generated from strategic channel partners and industry databases.
