Position: Manufacturing Technician (PL12)
Salary: RM2,200 – RM3,500
Shift: Rotational Shift
Contract Duration: 12 Months

Key Responsibilities
Perform technical support duties across manufacturing operations, including:
Installation, maintenance, repair, and support of manufacturing equipment
Technical support for production processes
Product testing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving activities
Conducting technical analyses, tests, and experiments related to products, processes, and systems
Assisting in the design and fabrication of tools where required
Test & Repair Functions
Test, calibrate, repair, monitor, install, and diagnose equipment, systems, and assemblies
Work according to established guidelines, procedures, and work instructions
Perform box-build level debugging
Conduct PCA-level troubleshooting and rework
Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification in:
Electronic Engineering
Mechatronic Engineering
Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
Experience in manufacturing, testing, repair, or production support environments is an advantage
Able to work on rotational shifts
Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
