Minimum SPM, related hospitality certifications or equivalent in service, hospitality or F&B is preferred.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the service, F&B industry.
Willing to work shift basis.
岗位职责
Lead the outlet to achieve the sales target.
Optimise that best use of available resources (people, products, systems) while eliminating losses and wastages, for the maximum returns.
Coach branch supervisor and captain on people management so that they can lead the crew in achieving the organisation's objectives.
Responsible for upkeeping the outlet's hygiene and cleanliness.
Responsible for the outlet and the crew in providing service and product quality.
Build morale and teamwork with fair rewards and discipline.
Maintain high productivity by regularly reviewing staffing, schedules, and duties.
