Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering or related field

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of working experience is an added advantage

Strong interest in technical sales or application engineering

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to read and interpret technical drawings or specifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Possess own transport and willing to travel when required

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team

Provide pre- and post-sales technical support and application guidance to customers

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions

Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical training for clients

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver technical proposals and quotations

Liaise with principals/suppliers on product specifications, availability, and technical issues

Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems raised by customers in a timely manner

Prepare and submit visit reports, sales reports, and activity updates regularly

Support the team in achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base

Keep up to date with industry trends, new products, and competitor activities
