Excellent financial analysis, planning, and project cost control skills.

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, SQL, or MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ensure accurate financial management, tax compliance, and project financial control for a property developer in Malaysia.

Manage progressive billing, SST treatment, and development cost monitoring.

Support effective tracking and reporting of project financial performance.
