Minimum Diploma or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Installation or related disciplines.

Minimum 5 years of local construction experience in Malaysia; experience as the company's representative or supervisor is preferred.

Proven full-cycle delivery experience for at least one complete local project (from commencement to final acceptance and handover).

Familiarity with local construction codes and government approval procedures.

Oversee progress, quality and safety of the campus electrical, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC and external pipe network installation works.

Review construction methodologies, drawings and material quotations; supervise contractors, supervisors and subcontractors to execute works per approved drawings and local codes.

Liaise with local authorities including Fire & Rescue Department, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Water Supply Department and CIDB; assist with inspections, power connection, water supply and CCC (Certificate of Completion and Compliance) certification.

Manage engineering change orders, variation claims and project costs; coordinate cross-trade works, organize inspections and facilitate final handover.
