  • Position : Customer Support (Mandarin )

  • Shift - 24*7

  • Salary : Upto RM 4500 (include language allowances)+ KPI

  • DOJ ASAP

  • Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (near Ampang Park LRT Station)

  • Mandarin Speakers only (read , write , speak)

  • Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Assist customers with product, account, reservation, or service-related issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns professionally.

  • Escalate complex cases to the relevant teams when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity KPIs
