Minimum SPM or equivalent.

At least 1 year of experience in building maintenance, handyman, or related field is preferred.

Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and general repair works.

Able to use basic hand tools and maintenance equipment.

Physically fit and able to carry out manual work.

Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Willing to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required.

Possess own transport is an added advantage.

Carry out general repair and maintenance works within the building, including minor plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and masonry repairs.

Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure facilities are in good working condition.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from the management office and residents/tenants.

Replace damaged fixtures, fittings, light bulbs, door locks, and other building components.

Assist with preventive maintenance to ensure all common facilities are safe and functional.

Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas.

Assist technicians and contractors during repair, servicing, and maintenance works when required.

Report any major defects or safety hazards to the Building Supervisor or Building Manager.

Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with safety procedures.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
