Job Description

We are expanding our kitchen team across multiple restaurant outlets (Klang Valley, Melaka, Johor, Genting Highlands) and are looking for passionate, responsible and service-oriented individuals to join us.

Job Requirements

·       Relevant kitchen or culinary experience is preferred.

·       Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

·       Previous experience in kitchen operations is an advantage.

·       Good knowledge of food preparation, kitchen hygiene and food-safety practices.

·       A positive attitude with good communication and teamwork skills.

·       Responsible, punctual and able to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen.

·       Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

·       Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.

·       Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation and portion control.

·       Organise and manage the assigned kitchen station or section.

·       Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic working environment.

·       Follow all food-safety, sanitation and kitchen procedures.

·       Monitor ingredient levels and assist with inventory control and stock rotation.

·       Minimise food waste and use ingredients responsibly.

·       Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure orders are completed on time.

·       Guide and train junior kitchen team members where required.

·       Support the Head Chef in maintaining smooth daily kitchen operations.
