岗位职责
- Deliver excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer needs.
- Introduce, promote, and upsell products to customers.
- Handle customer food orders and ensure preparation and disposal processes comply with food handling SOPs.
- Operate the cash register accurately for both cash and credit card transactions, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, safety, and overall housekeeping standards.
- Responsible for stock replenishment to ensure product availability at all times.
