• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline, or SPM/O-Level with relevant working experience.

• At least 1–2 years of working experience in Sales Administration, preferably in the automotive industry.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong administrative and organizational skills.

• Good knowledge of or experience working with financial institutions.

Administrative Support

• Input order data into CMS.

• Coordinate with external parties (e.g., insurance and ownership transfer).

• Support daily ground operations and activities.

• Maintain the retail outlet and ensure a clean working environment.

• Check and update documents (e.g., Master List, eAuto, and RC status).

• Liaise with relevant authorities for ownership transfers.

• Upload documents to Google Drive and update the order list.

Financing Management

• Handle payment-related tasks, including collection, validation, and receipt processing.

• Request and manage receipts from financial institutions.

• Manage petty cash and general invoices.

• Verify and process car sales payments, parking fees, and trailer charges.

• Print official receipts and petty cash documents.

Inventory Management

• Manage retail car keys and trade plates.

• Monitor key control and stock inventory.

Documentation Support

• Collect, verify, and maintain required documents.

• Prepare and upload dealer collection documents.

• Verify and upload vehicle documents into the system.

• Assist with cheque handling and bank transfers.

• Handle seller transactions.

• Assist in receiving handover vehicles from branches and dealer collections.

• Courier documents to respective branches and dealers.
