Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related discipline.

Minimum 10 years of total working experience, with at least 5 years in Project Planning or Production Planning within the automotive or motorcycle industry.

Hands-on experience in automotive or motorcycle product development, production planning and supply chain coordination.

Proven experience in PSI (Production, Sales & Inventory) Management.

Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including R&D, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Sales and After Sales.

Experience in project scheduling, monitoring milestones and managing project timelines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret production and planning data.

Good understanding of production planning, inventory management and supply chain operations.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is an added advantage.

Ability to communicate in Japanese will be an added advantage.

Support the development and execution of project master schedules from product development through to vehicle launch.

Plan, monitor and coordinate project timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved according to schedule.

Track project progress, identify schedule variances and implement timely corrective actions.

Coordinate cross-functional activities with R&D, Production, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Sales and After Sales departments to ensure project alignment.

Prepare monthly production plans, ordering plans and facilitate PSI (Production, Sales & Inventory) meetings.

Monitor inventory levels, supply chain activities and production capacity to ensure smooth operations.

Identify potential project, scheduling and supply chain risks, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.

Analyse production, inventory and market data to improve planning accuracy and forecasting.

Prepare management reports, project updates and planning analysis for decision-making.

Ensure planning activities comply with company objectives, business requirements and project deliverables.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and operational efficiency.

Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
