Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Possess a Diploma or Degree in Education or a related field.

Ability to teach SJK(C) Primary school syllabus.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience (1–2 years) in a primary daycare or education setting is an added advantage.

Confident in storytelling, presentation, facilitation, and problem-solving.

Background in education, child development, psychology, or experience working with children will be an added advantage.

Build strong, trusting relationships with students and parents.

Inspire students to develop a love for learning and academic excellence.

Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and learning journey.

Conduct holiday programs while promoting character-building through games, activities, and experiential learning.

Prepare engaging lesson plans and deliver quality academic support.

Work collaboratively with the team to improve programmes, learning materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Observe students' progress and prepare meaningful class reflections and reports.

Create a safe, positive, and encouraging learning environment where every child can thrive.
