Central Continent Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated intern to join our Customer Service Department and gain practical experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

• AI-literate and comfortable using tools such as ChatGPT

• Willing to learn new digital tools and AI-assisted work processes

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipment documentation and data entry

• Track shipments and provide status updates

• Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, transporters, and customers

• Maintain proper records and filing

• Support the Customer Service team in daily operational and administrative tasks

• Use AI tools to assist with research, drafting, data organisation, and work improvement
