Experience

Platform Expertise

• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center.
• Experience recruiting and managing affiliate creators.
• Familiarity with Shopee Affiliate Programme is an advantage.

Skills

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing both affiliate creators and KOL collaborations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to optimise campaigns using performance data.
• Highly organised with excellent project management skills.

About the Role

As an Tiktok Affiliate & KOL Specialist, you will be responsible for growing our affiliate ecosystem while building strategic relationships with KOLs and content creators to drive brand awareness and social commerce sales. Your primary focus will be on recruiting, activating, and managing TikTok Shop affiliates, while also supporting KOL collaborations for key campaigns and product launches.

Working closely with the Marketing, Content, Livestream, and E-commerce teams, you will execute creator campaigns, optimize affiliate performance, and leverage data-driven insights to achieve GMV, ROI, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Recruitment & Growth (Primary Focus)

• Identify, recruit, onboard, and activate new TikTok Shop affiliates and creators.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of micro, mid-tier, and high-performing affiliate creators.
• Continuously expand the affiliate network to drive sustainable GMV growth.

Affiliate Performance Management

• Manage day-to-day relationships with affiliates and creators.
• Develop engagement initiatives to improve creator activation, retention, and long-term performance.
• Optimise affiliate commission structures and incentive programmes.

KOL & Creator Partnerships

• Identify suitable KOLs and influencers for product launches and brand campaigns.
• Coordinate paid, barter, and affiliate collaborations within approved budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and talent agencies.

Campaign Execution

• Plan and execute affiliate and KOL campaigns across TikTok Shop and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate product seeding, campaign assets, affiliate links, vouchers, and promotional materials.
• Ensure creators receive all necessary resources before campaign launches.

Content & Brand Compliance

• Review creator content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and platform policies.
• Ensure proper product tagging, affiliate links, and campaign messaging.
• Work with creators to improve content quality and conversion performance.

Performance Analysis

• Monitor campaign performance, including:

  • GMV

  • Orders

  • CTR

  • CVR

  • ROI / ROAS

  • Creator activation

  • Commission efficiency

• Identify high-performing affiliates and KOLs and recommend scaling opportunities.

• Prepare actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Reporting & Collaboration

• Maintain affiliate and KOL databases, campaign trackers, and creator records.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate closely with the Livestream, Content, Marketing, and E-commerce teams to maximise campaign performance.
• Stay updated on TikTok Shop trends, affiliate best practices, and competitor activities.
