Minimum Diploma qualification in any field.

Able to communicate in English and Malay; ability to speak Chinese is an added advantage.

Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and recommending suitable AI-powered mattress solutions.

Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers, assisting them with product inquiries, locating items, and offering personalized recommendations.

Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting product features and benefits.

Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods.

Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by arranging products, restocking shelves, and implementing merchandising strategies.

Contribute to social media marketing efforts by capturing engaging content of products and customer experiences, and assisting with posting on relevant platforms.

Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets, ensure smooth store operations, and provide a positive customer experience.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and efficiently, escalating issues to management when necessary.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
