Able to speak Mandarin

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management (fresh graduates may be considered for junior positions).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Able to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.

Willing to travel for customer visits and business development.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.

Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

Researching prospects and generating leads.

Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.

Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

Managing the sales process through specific software programs.

Building and maintaining a CRM database.

Performs other duties as assigned.

This position will be based at Taman Sri Yaacob (Skudai)
