Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Quality Management, or related field.

2–3 years of relevant experience in hands-on experiencein maintainingmachines.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Lead troubleshooting and repair of die casting, stamping, injection molding and assembling machines (mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems).

Preventive maintenance - daily maintenance/servicing/troubleshooting of machineries/equipment.

Corrective maintenance - diagnose problems and come up with processes and solutions for troubleshooting.

Conducting periodic quality checks on machineries/equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.

Disassembling/Installing new machines/ equipment if necessary.

To think critically and being innovative in resolving maintenance issues.

Ability to schedule maintenance tasks base on urgency.

Deliver hands-on training to technicians for quicker production machine handling.

Skilled in diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical machine issues.
