Strong interviewing, stakeholder management, and candidate assessment skills.

Strong experience in candidate sourcing through online platforms, professional networks, and recruitment databases.

Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring timely and quality hires.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates to identify the best talent for open positions.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking activities.

Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
