Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Hospitality, F&B, or Business Management.

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in restaurant or café management.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills.

  • Track record of achieving sales growth and delivering excellent service.

  • Proficient in POS, basic reporting, and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

  1. Leadership & People Development: Lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive and high-performing workplace.

  2. Guest Experience & Hospitality: Deliver exceptional guest experiences, monitor customer satisfaction, and maintain hospitality standards.
