• Able to manage an assigned kitchen section, including mise en place, food preparation, cooking, and plating according to standards.

• Able to supervise junior kitchen staff and work effectively with the kitchen team during service.

• Strong time management, communication skills, and attention to detail

• Willing to work in Nilai

1. Report to the Jr Sous/Sous Chef

2. Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the specialty section.

3. Assisting with the management of health and safety.

4. Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices.

5. Managing and training any Commis Chefs.

6. Monitoring portion and waste control.

7. Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards.

8. Minimum 1 years relevant experience
