Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in the accounting field. Preferable in Retails and F&B industry.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Effective communication, Good Personality and teamwork skills.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of accounting.

Familiar with accounting standards and reporting.

Self motivated, resourceful and meticulous.

Performance-oriented and a team player.

In charge of end-to-end Accounting Reporting Scope.

Responsible for meeting the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements of the company.

Maintain accounting records including data entry of complete and accurate data for day-to-day business transactions.

Prepare P&L accounts, perform analytical review and trend analysis.

Prepare accounting documents and monthly schedules.

Responsible for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of operations in the general ledger, fixed asset and intercompany accounts, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare other balance sheet reconciliation to ensure robustness of accounts and investigate and clear differences on a timely basis.

Prepare and consolidate (when necessary) month-end & year end financial reports.

Provide guidance and lead the finance team.
