Job Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify business opportunities through networking, sales calls, referrals and market research.
• Promote hotel rooms, meeting spaces, banquet facilities, weddings and other hospitality services.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and contracts that meet client's needs.
• Conduct hotel site inspections and presentations for prospective clients.
• Negotiate rates and packages while ensuring profitability for the hotel.
• Work closely with reservations, Front office, Banquet and Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth event and guest experiences.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates

Required Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in hotel industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A confident, proactive, and customer focused attitude.
• Strong negotiation and relationship building abilities.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
