任职资格
Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Building Maintenance or Facilities Management.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry.
Good troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work on-site.
岗位职责
Conduct periodic inspections of electrical equipment, pump motors, and mechanical systems.
Perform minor repairs in common areas, including electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry, and carpentry works.
Replace faulty electrical components and lighting fixtures.
Report major defects to the Building Supervisor or Building Manager for further action.
Maintain records of repair works and replacement parts.
Assist with preventive maintenance programmes.
Carry out other maintenance duties assigned by the Building Supervisor or Manager.
