Full Time Quantity Surveyor (QS) Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,000 in New Micro Interior Design Sdn. Bhd. Shah Alam - Ricebowl

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field

Junior and senior candidates are welcome to apply

Experience in interior design or renovation industry is preferred

Proficient in AutoCAD for drawing interpretation and measurement

Strong in Microsoft Excel for cost estimation and reporting

Mandarin speaking ability required — to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and contractors

Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Good communication and negotiation skills

Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets and bills of quantities for interior design projects

Review and analyse drawings, specifications and tender documents

Monitor project costs and ensure work is completed within budget

Prepare progress claims, variation orders and final accounts

Coordinate with designers, contractors and suppliers on project costing matters

Conduct site measurements and quantity take-offs when required

Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports

Liaise with clients and respond to cost-related enquiries promptly

Support project team in procurement and vendor sourcing
