Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or branch management role.
Based in Sabah/Sarawak with strong knowledge of strong experience in Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, or FMCG industries, especially Mobile.
Proven track record of delivering sales growth and managing high-performing teams.
Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and people management skills.
Good understanding of the market and dealer network.
Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Willing to travel frequently within East Malaysia & Brunei.
岗位职责
Drive sustainable sell-through and sell-out growth by shifting focus from channel loading (sell-in) towards consumer demand generation and retail execution.
Develop and execute regional business strategies and action plans to achieve revenue, profit, market share, and growth targets.
Monitor regional P&L performance, including sales revenue, profitability, operating expenses, inventory health, and business sustainability.
Drive sell-out growth by strengthening consumer demand, retail execution, and channel effectiveness beyond traditional sell-in activities.
Manage and expand distributor, dealer, telco, and retail networks to improve market coverage, visibility, and business penetration.
Build strong relationships with key partners and negotiate business initiatives to maximize commercial opportunities.
Lead regional sales teams, coach sales managers, set performance objectives, and drive achievement of individual and team KPIs.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, inventory movement, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Ensure effective retail execution, including merchandising standards, promoter management, product launches, and brand visibility.
Develop localized trade strategies, promotional programs, and pricing initiatives to drive consumer demand and maximize ROI.
Optimize inventory management by improving forecasting accuracy, preventing channel stuffing, reducing aging stock, and protecting margins.
Oversee regional operations to ensure compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and business processes.
Manage escalated customer, operational, and employee issues to ensure timely resolution.
Prepare business reports, sales forecasts, and market insights to support management decision-making.
